Barrow Rangers invite everyone in the community to an informaiton night at Ionad Dara, Goresbridge on Friday 14th April 2023 at 7.30pm.

The talks will focus on health, wellbeing and nuitrition in sport and lifr and offers valuable information and advice on drink products, food, illicit drugs and social behaviour.

We hope it offer and provide help and guidance to parnets and young peeople alike, and may be of particular relevance to teens and their parents and guardians. Its open to everyone, so feel free to come along.
