Our Club Annual General Meeting will take place at the new meeting room pitchside in Shankill starting at 7.30pm on Friday 28th November 2024. Each of our Adult members are invited to attend and take part.
The AGM is an important event in the calendar. Its our opportunity to look back on the year, to see what has been happening, and crucially, its the chance for you to have a say in how the Club is run, a chance to suggest change for the year to come and even further. Its a chance to find out how the Club has been financed and what we've done with your money!
Would you like to enter a motion, a nomination or a recommendation? Just contact the Club Secretary, David Staunton on 086 0521462 and he'll make sure you get the form (to submit before 19th November 2024).
There's also a chance to find out how things have progressed with the development of our impressive new pitch. Its been great to finally get onto it, but the Field Committee have been doing so much other work in the background that you might be interested to hear about.
There's also the chance to have your say on fundraising, the cost of membership and how we hope to finance the proposed facilities over the coming year or two, Here's a sneak peek... The 300 Club.
So, please come along, sit back and listen, or have your say. Everybody's opinion is welcome. All suggestions are welcome. Hopefully we'll see you there, and sure we might even have a cup of tea and a biscuit afterwards.
